ABOUT MIKE D. CASTERLOW
I have called Greensboro, NC home for most of my life leaving briefly to obtain my BA in Government from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. After college, I returned to Greensboro and received my law degree from Elon University.
Prior to going to law school, I held a strong interest in environmental law. However, my interests changed once I delved into the vast world of estates. My interest in estate planning piqued once the Obergerfell v. Hodges decision came down granting same-sex couples the right to marry. I have always had a particular affinity for working with LGBTQIA individuals and families, so this decision provided an opportunity to better serve these clients. I proudly serve clients throughout the Triad of all backgrounds and all walks of life.
I am a member of the NC State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, the LGBT Bar Association, and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
